This program isn’t for everyone, but we could be a good fit if 2-3 of these describe your situation:

  • You’re ready to heal and flourish after narcissistic abuse. 
  • You’ve walked away from narcissistic abuse and difficult relationships and may have external freedom, but don’t have the internal freedom so are repeating the same patterns and not moving forwards the way you want to.
  • You may be in the process of walking away from narcissistic abuse. If this is you, you are ready to create a future you are excited about and are ready to take action. You are not in crisis.
  • You just want to flourish. You’re not sure if you’ve had narcissistic abuse but you relate to having zero empathy for yourself, over-giving to ensure love and under-receiving to stay safe. You minimise your feelings and often feel drained by life. 
  • You want to become the greatest expression of yourself this lifetime.
