    I just wanted you to know how grateful I am for this MP3. Your voice is really clear and I feel like you are talking directly to me. So much so that I cried the first time I listened to it and then yelled out all the “yuk stuff” as you call it. I feel light and for the first time in years, this week was a chocolate free week – and it was easy! I just didn’t need to emotionally eat.     I bought this audio not expecting much but it’s really helped me get clear on whats making me overeat. I realise I use food to cover up feeling alone and I mostly eat at night. I liked listening to you talk and I’m looking forward to making some really good changes.
