How many times have you wanted to stop worrying about what people think of you and just do it?!

We don’t want to worry about what people think of us, because it inhibits us – yet how many of you worry about this when you’re talking to a crowd of people, expressing your deepest feelings to your family or when you’re simply just walking down the road? Or wanting to start something new for yourself?

Worrying about what others think of you disconnects you from your power and inhibits your creativity, it stops you from playing full out and just going and DOING IT!

Feeling judged for your choices, what you wear, what you do for a living, for what you just said, have you ever felt self-conscious walking into a gym, shop, or your doctors office?

**Are you looking at me?** I used to cross the road when I was younger to avoid people looking at me. The weight of their judgement was too much to bear. It would almost topple me as I walked past, I’d come out of my body in nervousness and would trip or be much more likely to do something silly and embarrassing.

I used to feel like you could look right into me and see all the dark shadows I was hiding from the world. Like how frightened I really was inside; how really, I wasn’t good enough. I felt like I was an open book when I walked past and when you looked at me? You could see my hidden shame and vulnerabilities.

Healing my shadow saved me. When I became a single mum I discovered that I was meant to L.O.V.E all the bits I was trying to hide from you. And when I did? Walking past you was a breeze.

**Because I was free. I was free of my judgement, so I was free of yours.**
